Constitution

The Society of Share and Business Valuers Limited was constituted by way of incorporation as a company limited by guarantee in December 1995.

The running of SSBV is administered by Council using a set of Bye Laws introduced in 1996.

Members of SSBV may obtain an up to date copy of the Bye Laws from the Secretary.
